    • The device must support "DisplayPort Alternate Mode" (Alt Mode) via USB-C, not compatible with devices that do not support the DP Alt Mode protocol.
    • Connect the adapter directly to the device (not to another adapter).
    • The cable does not output sound when connected to a Sony KD49X8500D HDTV.
    • It takes 8 to 10 seconds for the data from the computer to synchronize with your monitor.
    • If the signal cannot be transmitted, please check that the interfaces at both ends are tight, or try reversing the USB-C interface and then inserting it
